Abkhaz leader: We're not doing the shooting
De facto Abkhaz president Sergey Bagapsh says there are blasts and shootings, but not in Gali region, Russian news media reports. The shootings are in Georgian-controlled territory, he claims, and Abkhaz forces have nothing to with it.

The attack occured in Kurcha, a village in Georgian controlled territory. The details of the attack are murky. The MOI sent a a small group of journalists there yesterday. No reliable witnesses could be found, unless you call the Rustavi 2 journalists who just happened to be in this 1 cow village at the time reliable. The two wounded women were in hospital but unable to talk.
